Plato Wraps at Franchise Expo 2011 – Endless Business Possibilities

Lately, I’ve been reading the past issues of Entrepreneur Philippines. I was able to collect some copies through relatives and since I am now thinking of ways on how to generate income, the concept of setting up a business caught my interest. Too bad no one in the immediate family owns a business since they’d rather be employed in a multi-national company for financial security. I can’t blame them. Starting and running a business is not a game that children play. It is risky and only the tough ones can handle it. Why not check out this redundancy help for employers and see what they can offer your business!

I also know somebody who purchased a great business in Naples (Florida, not Italy!) and they used a really good broker who can be found at https://trufortebusinessgroup.com/naples-businesses-for-sale/, so it’s something I am very much recommending now.

On the other hand, does your business need the right storage with temperature monitoring system to help ensure that your goods will be kept at the correct temperature to make them stay in excellent condition? Then, why not find out details here to know how!

I went to SMX Convention Center last Saturday to attend the Franchise Expo 2011. It is my first time to witness such event where companies that encourages individuals to invest their money through Franchising. If I am not mistaken, the Philippines is the Franchise Hub of Asia and it is not only beneficial to the founders of the concepts, but it also paved way for our kababayans to be employed in a long run.

One of the most trusted Franchise Food Carts in the country is PLATO WRAPS and I am proud to say that it originated from Dagupan City, Pangasinan. Actually, the owners Mr. Tony Seen and Mrs. Kamela Crisologo Seen were our neighbors when I was still a little kid. I am friends with their children and we used to really play a lot after school. We’d pretend to be restaurant owners or musical performers much to the delight of our young parents hehe =P

PLATO WRAPS Γ‚ just celebrated their 10th year Γ‚ in the franchise industry and they have around 50 outlets around Luzon and Visayas. I am hoping they expand to Mindanao particularly in Davao City soon.

With Plato Wraps’ staff and crew

I spent most of my time at the Plato Wraps booth. Thanks to Mr. Ronald Bondoc for introducing me to the rest of the staff and crew! I instantly ordered my favorite VERY VEGGIE with Regular Coke.

Pasimpleng Takaw

It reminded me of my college days since if I usually buy Plato Wraps Very Veggie when I am in a hurry especially during exams. Eating while cramming LOL.

If you think that attending such event is purely about business and money, well… you’re wrong! Thanks to a number of Mascots for entertaining the crowd especially the kids. Here are some of the videos I took:

Here’s Lotsa Pizza‘s resident suave mascot teasing Binalot’s makabayan mascot to a dance showdown. Cute!

Now here’s a video of DQ Blizzard with his newfound friend. My first time to see such mascot haha πŸ˜€

How I wish VERY VEGGIE the mascot was there too to render a dance number. Here’s an old video of his dancing Justin Bieber’s hit song ‘Baby’.

I was able to go around and i am impressed with the number of young married couples who are serious in venturing into a food cart business. In every business, it’s crucial to understand the ideal productivity levels, and leveraging an Office 365 timesheet can be a valuable aid in achieving this insight

For small businesses, having access to reliable and efficient merchant services is crucial for growth and success. Compare different providers to find the best merchant services for your needs.

Mica the Negosyante LOL

It may not look obvious, that I also think about my future and stability from time to time. Aside from getting another corporate job and making my online earnings grow, I am also considering the possibility of franchising soon. Aside from Plato Wraps, I am also looking to own a franchise thai food. Why not? I admit that I don’t have any business background (not unless blogs and freelance work count – oh yes, that’s business too!), but I am willing to learn. πŸ˜€

Do you have your own business or do you want to have one? What can you say about Franchising? Do you like Plato Wraps too like I do? πŸ™‚
