Two years ago, I met a Camille Prats look-alike at the afterparty of Wordcamp PH 2008. A common friend introduced me to her and i originally thought she’s one of the representatives of Nuffnang Philippines, which was about to launch in the country. I later on found out that she is friends with a number of Malaysian bloggers that’s why she knows some details about Nuffnang.

To be honest, I was a bit intimidated when I first saw her. She’s young, pretty, works in an international bank, she can drive cars (and men like crazy LOL), she’s updated with the latest gadgets, she’s sporty and she can sing and dance. Who wouldn’t be intimidated with this charmer, eh?!

She is the ideal girlfriend/girl friend. I know that most male bloggers wanted to court her and the female bloggers wanted to be like her. What I liked about her is that she is simply full of energy and no one can stop her in doing what she wants. We attended in this very ‘speedy’ event somewhere in Batangas two years ago and wow, she can really drive that fast! She saved our team and people were cheering for her!

She is also a supportive friend. She lended her time and effort to some of my projects. She is also the perfect movie companion (500 Days of Summer, remember? :P) and the best female driver 😛 I really miss the days wherein the Nyoks would go out to eat dinner somewhere then we’ll hop-in her car as she plays some party sounds and she continues to drive without any plan where to go at all. She’s also the perfect model no matter you want her to do poses for your portfolio or if you want her to be the leading lady of your music video.

I know that turning 25 is something that she’s really looking forward to. I am so happy because finally, she’s not stuck in the corporate setting and she’s out to do what she’s destined to do. I wouldn’t be surprised if later on, she’ll star in her own movie or better yet be a TV host in any of the mainstream channels (she’s the host of Tektok TV in GNN with Vince Golangco).

Whew! She’s the ideal girlfriend to the boys (sorry boys, she’s happily in love! 😛 ) yet she’s the ideal girl friend to the girls. I’m glad that even if she’s slowly yet surely entering mainstream media (Vaseline and Pantene – and a TV show soon? :D) She hasn’t changed a bit – she got hotter lang 😛 We rarely go out these days, but we chat regularly still. I guess that’s the most important among friends, right? 😀

Once again, Happy Birthday Nahnah! Stay pretty and hot or else Jehz will wake you up LOL.
