I had a pretty hectic Saturday last weekend. I attended the press launch of Department of Tourism’s (DOT) at Manila Ocean Park with fellow travel bloggers. After the press launch and late lunch, Eric, Prince, Winston and I went around and play around like little kids inside the venue.

I was more excited for the get-together that night since the Nyoks planned a simple dinner for the one and only Batang Yagit. I went straight at our condo while he went straight to Hidalgo to buy a birthday gift for himself (Lens naman.. buti na lang at hindi na gadget!). While he’s busy scouting for the best present, we were quite busy… waiting for him LOL.

Kuya Fitz and Don arrived with a Red Ribbon cake, while Hannah brought Pansit and Softdrinks. Ada and I ordered a family size pizza (i forgot which variant LOL) and some cinnamon strips. He arrived at 8PM and then woot! Happy Birthday Wintwint!

As expected, the dinner was filled with blog and travel related talks. I can’t disclose every detail in here, but I can say that we had a very ‘juicy’ dinner. I kinda miss some of the Nyoks, but it’s ok. We will have a mini-reunion hopefully soon.

The swimming pool at the 25th floor closes at 10PM, so we went straight to the rooftop after eating dinner. We were playing like little kiddos at the pool. When was the last time I swam there? Ah, it was during the first shooting day of Kuya Bunso (January 2009). See, the swimming pool is just an elevator ride away from our unit, but i never used it! Winston really loves to swim especially at night so there. We gave him what he wanted hehe 😛 Here are some of our photos taken last Saturday:

Winston’s original birthday is July 30, but since he is a workaholic who barely has time to fix his life, the group decided to meet up  and celebrate on the 31st. Again, Belated Happy Birthday Winston! Kuya na kita ulit 😛
