2012 is almost here and as early as now, a lot of people are scouting for the best calendars to help them determine the date and for some guys, they ought to get some inspiration from it.

It is a tradition of some brands here in the Philippines to release their free calendar posters featuring their celebrity endorsers. For this year, three ladies from the Kapuso network were tapped to be the calendar girls of popular alcoholic beverage brands like Ginebra San Miguel, Tanduay Rhum and White Castle Whiskey.

Now let me present to you the three Calendar Girls of 2012: Solenn Heussaff, Carla Abellana and Stef Prescott!

SOLENN HEUSSAFF for GINEBRA SAN MIGUEL – If last year, long-time Ginebra San Miguel Blue celebrity endorser Anne Curtis inspired a lot of guys to do better in life with her calendar pictures, her bestfriend Solenn Heussaff is Ginebra San Miguel’s 2012 girl. I am not surprised that the company chose Sos to embody their product since like Anne, she is versatile and she’s not afraid to show her sensual side.

So far, I’ve seen five pictures of her new calendar which depicts a nature-loving layouts – Waterfall, Mountain, Forest and Beach. When asked during the press conference on why she agreed to do the pictorial, she mentioned that she is proud of her body since she used to be a chubby kid. It takes discipline to achieve a sexy body like hers!

Carla Abellana in Tanduay Rhum's 2012 Calendar

CARLA ABELLANA for TANDUAY RHUM – When it was announced that Carla Abellana is the new Tanduay Rhum Calendar Girl for 2012, most of her fans were shocked about it. We all know Carla as a wholesome teleserye actress and known for carefully choosing her projects. Also this year, she took another step in her career by saying yes in the sexy-drama movie ‘My Neighbor’s Wife’, where she appears in a bikini for the first time and even shared some intimate scenes with Dennis Trillo and Jake Cuenca.

Carla Abellana’s pictures for the Tanduay Rhum Calendar for 2012 is very much ‘tamed’ compared to the company’s previous pictorials. Although she didn’t show too much skin, I think she managed to make the imaginations of her male fans a bit extra creative. You know what I mean LOL. The lady proves that you can be sexy without showing too much skin.

Stef Prescott in White Castle Whisky's 2012 Calendar

STEF PRESCOTT for WHITE CASTLE WHISKY – Stef Prescott is a Kapuso actress for four years now, but her mother network paid extra attention to her just this year after appearing in the cover of FHM Philippines (June 2011 issue). We can say that Stef is the few GMA-7 artists who is lucky because she has regular projects, even if she never really played a lead role.

Right now, Stef Prescott can be seen everyday in Survivor Philippines Celebrity Showdown Season 2 and according to my sources, she is one of the biggest contenders of the program. She is now extra confident in showing some skin as seen in the new White Castle Whisky calendar. The former endorsers of the company were Roxanne Guinoo and RR Enriquez. It is already expected that this Fil-American lady will ‘survive’ next year and get more projects. I love the fact that the pictorial was done in Hundred Islands Nature Park at Alaminos City, Pangasinan.
