Oh, hello!
Rainy Days are here again. I am stuck at home and since I have nothing urgent to do, I find myself revisiting my blogs and wonder what really happened? Why did I stop blogging regularly?
To be fair, most of my contemporaries in personal blogging are no longer active. The very few ones either treat it now as a business or they simply want to document their lives the old school way (don’t fellow sentimental fools feel the same way?). I aspire to do a mix of both, but I guess the self-inflicted pressure caused me to do nothing at all.
Just like in what I revealed in my supposed ‘comeback post‘ on my other blog, I wasn’t completely unproductive. I am now writing for TV in almost a daily basis and I also do morning pages. Since those two are main priorities now for to make a living and to organize my thoughts / emotions, blogging took a backseat. I had a lot of plans and I am once again stressing myself out if I should still write about the other things I’m passionate about, trips I took and so on. I am even thinking of starting a new blogging project but I dunno.
I am currently playing BTS V’s Layover album and Rainy Days is one of my favorite tracks. Layover is probably one of the most relaxing albums ever. Actually, Taehyung’s solo stuff is a must listen especially if you want to relax or you want to sleep soundly (that is a compliment!).
It’s funny that my last post here was from almost two years ago and it is my supposed saving plan for the BTS 2025 reunion concert. Guess what? I haven’t saved a dime because I actually spent it on J-Hope’s concert in Singapore! I am also participating in every livestream of Jin’s solo concert since there’s no stops in Southeast Asia (yet… I’m still hopeful! Come on, Jin! Announce it now!). Another member is hinting on going on a solo tour soon and I am stopping myself because err… I have to be realistic about money and my priorities. I will not attend an in-person BTS solo concert until I see Jin live. The Agust D/Suga solo tour is a ‘TOTGA’ concert so I really made an effort on j-hope’s. Will Jin still add more Asia dates? Even if it’s just in Singapore? I hope he considers!
Anyway, is this my version of ‘comeback post’ on this blog? We’ll see once the rain stops pouring.
