‘THANK YOU’. Two simple words yet the impact is very strong. MARAMING SALAMAT. Dalawang simpleng salita na napakahalaga sa bawat isa sa atin. Don’t you just feel good whenever someone sends his/her gratitude whenever you do something to make a person’s life easier or to make them happy?
As I write this entry, I have a lot of things to be thankful for: My family in England is doing well, my career is on track, my friends and I surpassed some challenges yet we managed to stick to each other, my plans are turning into something big and many, many more! Indeed, life is really a box of chocolates – it might be bitter or sweet, but it’s quite addicting. I am really thankful for everything!
Though I am not really ‘showy’ to my real feelings, I see to it that i say ‘Thank You’ to my family, friends or co-workers whenever they make me happy. Some of these moments are best captured by a camera.
In line with the National Thank You Day (October 20), I am now conducting a contest here in my blog together with Toblerone. The contest is simply called ‘ The Sweetness of Gratitude Photo Contest’ and I want you guys to join!
So what do you have to do?
Just take a photo of you showing how you express your gratitude towards the most important people in your lives. Be creative. Be Unique. Think of something very unusual yet as sweet as chocolate 😛
Write a blog entry and post the photo at your own blog (Multiply, MySpace, Tumblr, Facebook etc will do as long as I can view your entry). You also have to link the photo entries to the Photo Gallery found at http://www.thankyoudayphilippines.com
Comment on this page with your name, e-mail address and permanent URL of your entry.
I will shortlist all the entries down to five. Toblerone and Geiser Maclang will choose the Top 3 winners. The deadline of submission of entries is on Friday, October 16 at 5pm. The lucky ones will receive a Toblerone Gift Pack and all those who participated will receive something too! Isn’t that sweet? 😀

Hi Mica, Bryan Karl introduced me to your blog.. I asked him where other bloggers meet, and he said sa Krispy Kreme daw sa greenhills..
