TV 5’s “Shake Mo, Blog Mo!” Event

Weeks ago, Myk and I have been discussing about a possible blog event for TV5. I first met him at the Belo Open House for Bloggers (the first event that I organized) and he is such a cool guy. Finally, his first event for TV 5 was a major success!
Winston and I went to the venue at around 7:30pm as we couldn’t wait for Jehzlau to wake up LOL 
It was nice to see bloggers and the staff of TV5 at the event. We signed up the survey form and received some freebies later on.

Honestly, I am a big fan of TV5 and I really enjoyed the first season shows. My Top favorite is Rakista (ibalik ang rakista! ibalik ang rakista!). I am hoping that the show is only having a “season break“. Loved that show. Perfect cast and funny story . Another favorite is Midnight DJ. The concept is unique and I loved Paolo Contis in the first season. Too bad he needed to be killed in the show as he signed an exclusive contract in the Kapuso network. Oyo Boy Sotto is a good replacement though Last but not the least, the Lovebooks Trilogy. My top favorite is “No Boyfriend Since Birth” featuring Alessandra de Rossi. I remember reading the novel three years ago with Alex in mind playing the lead character. I am hoping they’d do Drama Queen, Mr. Write and Wander Girl soon

We had dinner at Chillis and met some of the Marketing team of TV 5. It seems like they have a happy and relaxed staff. Myk Cruz is the host of the program and woah ang galing! He should host his own show, I tell you. Very promising (MyKapalaran TV show? Why not? )

Then there goes the raffle. I was joking around when I told Winston “What if I won a GC from the competing company?” when Myk picked my name! Haha I am happy with the SPA GC I received. Then I told him “Paano kung ikaw ang sumunod?” Then Myk called Winston LOL. Then we told Ed “Tapos ikaw pala pangatlo” Then Myk called Ed’s name. Billycoy said “Kapag hindi ako ang susunod, away na” Ayun nyok
Almost all of the bloggers received GC’s from The Spa, E-GC from Ayala Malls, VCD’s from TV 5, iPod Shuffles and lucky Fitz won a LCD TV!
Myk introduced the new shows of TV5 and he did also mention something about the TV5 Blog Writing Project contest. Want to know the mechanics? Ayoko nga wehehe LOL just kidding
Bloggers and TV 5 crew watching the evening news "Ten" at Chillis By Ai
The bloggers stayed at Chillis until 11:30pm as we watched the late night TV show “TEN” altogether. We saw ourselves on TV hehe and the part where I received my prize was shown We were all laughing and taking pictures at the same time.

The event looked fun! But my boss would probably kill me if I went there (conflict of interest). It’s nice to see television reaching out to bloggers.
