Plato Wraps at Franchise Expo 2011 – Endless Business Possibilities

Lately, I’ve been reading the past issues of Entrepreneur Philippines. I was able to collect some copies through relatives and since I am now thinking of ways on how to generate income, the concept of setting up a business caught my interest. Every detail about it such as securing an energy provider like that on Smarterbusiness.co.uk was definitely something to take note of.

Too bad no one in the immediate family owns a business since they’d rather be employed in a multi-national company for financial security. I can’t blame them. Starting and running a business is not a game that children play. It is risky and only the tough ones can handle it. Why not check out this redundancy help for employers and see what they can offer your business!

I also know somebody who purchased a great business in Naples (Florida, not Italy!) and they used a really good broker who can be found at https://trufortebusinessgroup.com/naples-businesses-for-sale/, so it’s something I am very much recommending now.

On the other hand, does your business need the right storage with temperature monitoring system to help ensure that your goods will be kept at the correct temperature to make them stay in excellent condition? Then, why not find out details here to know how!

PLATO WRAPS – an Original of Panaderia Antonio of Dagupan City

I went to SMX Convention Center last Saturday to attend the Franchise Expo 2011. It is my first time to witness such event where companies that encourages individuals to invest their money through Franchising. If I am not mistaken, the Philippines is the Franchise Hub of Asia and it is not only beneficial to the founders of the concepts, but it also paved way for our kababayans to be employed in a long run.

One of the most trusted Franchise Food Carts in the country is PLATO WRAPS and I am proud to say that it originated from Dagupan City, Pangasinan. Actually, the owners Mr. Tony Seen and Mrs. Kamela Crisologo Seen were our neighbors when I was still a little kid. I am friends with their children and we used to really play a lot after school. We’d pretend to be restaurant owners or musical performers much to the delight of our young parents hehe =P

Share and Bond with Family and Friends with SHAREOREO!

I have a confession to make: When I was younger, I managed to eat a whole pack of OREO cookies in a short span of 2 minutes (my classmates and I had a dare when we found out our Science teacher was sick 😛 ). It is also the reason why our group was called once as the ‘Cookie Monster Troupe’ 😛

SHAREOREO

I would like to inform my dear readers that OREO is giving away FREE OREO COOKIES! Yes, you can grab a bite and enjoy their newly-introduced strawberry and chocolate snack packs. Surely, the kids would love these!

San Marino Corned Tuna

Three months ago, I saw some teasers of Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera at GMA-7 where they are in the beach chasing each other and showing their love as if its their last day together on earth. The viewers originally thought that the two will reunite in a movie or in a certain tv show. It turned out that the two are the newest endorsers of San Marino Corned Tuna products.

Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera in a new telenovela… NOT!

I am not a lover of Tuna products, but everything changed when I was invited at the bloggers launch of San Marino Corned Tuna last month. Not only am I impressed with their marketing strategy, but hey, the product is worth trying!

First Time in Cebu Day 3: Grand Kembot Day!

August 9 is Grand Kembot Day!

August 9 is Grand Kembot Day!

Spontaneous – > The perfect adjective to describe my third day in Cebu City with the Kemboteras.

We originally planned of going to Carcar and Talisay that Sunday. ‘Bohol’ also popped out in one of our conversations. With no final decision on how we should spend the next day, we ended up saying ‘Bahala na’ before going to sleep.

As expected, the four of us woke up late =P Thanks to Sinjin for waking us up at our hotel room. We ate our late breakfast while taking turns in using the bathroom. We canceled our out of town plans and decided to just eat lunch at the famous Abuhan Dos, where the famous Pochero is found.

A Saturday Full of Hotdogs, Shabu-Shabu and Iced Mocha

TGIS! Thank God It’s Saturday! Nah, I’m not talking about the teen-oriented show shown years ago Starring Angelu de Leon and Bobby Andrews as Peachy and Wacks. I am pertaining to the lovely Saturday I just had. I can say that I had a Patay Gutom Saturday after going to the 7-11 Bite Match Event, Mini Shabu-Shabu for Dinner and Krispy Kreme Greenhills for Dessert.

Why should you choose this hotdog over your boyfriend?

Why should you choose this hotdog over your boyfriend?

Though I only managed to sleep for thirty minutes, a lot of things happened and a very busy day is ahead of me. I tried to sleep at 10am and I managed to get up at10:30am since the 7-11 Bite Match event will start at 11am. I am surprised to see my grandfather on my way to the bathroom when I woke up LOL. I didn’t know that the grannies are here in the city to attend a Golden wedding anniversary. Awkward Moment 😐

After doing the *bibihis na ako at didiretso na ako ng rockwell kahit basa pa ang buhok ko at may muta pa ako*routine, I finally arrived at the venue and surprised to see a hotdog talking about why girls should choose hotdogs over their boyfriends. Hmmmm…

Having a Chocolate-y April Fools’ Day @ Krispy Kreme

This afternoon, Jehz, Maki and I had an impromtu plurkfiesta at Krispy Kreme GH. Jehz texted me at 5pm saying that he is at Gilmore and is thinking of passing by wherever I am to hand me the item I wanted to borrow. I rushed to my favorite Krispy Kreme branch and texted Maki if she can drop by after work. Gladly, she did.

I haven’t seen the two for more than a month already and guess what? Both of them have different hairstyles now. I am also thinking of having my hair treated once I receive my BB cheque 😀

Anyway, here are some of the pictures we took awhile ago. I call this treat as our Chocolate-y April Fools’ Day haha 😀 Check out the photostory I did below inspired from Pinoy Parazzi:

Mica: Waaah gutom na ako. I'll eat this blue donut na.

Mica: Waaah gutom na ako. I’ll eat this blue donut na!
Maki: Tara, pa-picture na tayo while eating KK donuts!
Jehz: Bakit ako walang donut? Ayaw akong bigyan ng donuts nina Mica at Maki huhu nyok ~_~

A Non-Vegetarian’s Childhood Veggie Story

“Ang KALABASA ang gulay na pampalinaw ng mata.”

I remember how my Science teacher way back in Grade 1 discussed the importance of eating vegetables. Unlike most kids (and adults), I was not forced by my parents to eat veggies. My parents see to it that we have meat and vegetables on our dining table for lunch and dinner.

Last Tuesday, a number of food bloggers were invited in Erik Matti’s FWORD Resto. Winston and I were surprised with the Pakbet Soup. I told him that I was addicted to SQUASH (Kalabasa) way back in elementary. I found out that he is a Kalabasa lover too for the same reason. We both promised to write a blog entry about it.

Elation Buffet Launch – A Night of Chocolates and Shooters

After eating dinner with the usual Plurkfiesta suspects at Glorietta and eating Maki in Trinoma, Jehz and I went straight to Grand Terrace, Commonwealth for the Elation Buffet Launch. We arrived at around 11pm and we were a bit surprised with what we saw (in a good way, of course!). Benj was kind enough to warn us about the crowd (the party place was dominated by youngsters – alam niyo na yun LOL).

Thank God we saw familiar faces like Hannah, Shari, Coy, Fritz, Robby, Gwen, Tiffy, Helga and Jeff.

I went straight to the Chocolate Fondue then some  bloggers invited me on the dance floor 😀
