First Time in Cebu Day 1: Hanging Out with the Boys
August 7, 2009 is a day of many firsts- my first Cebu Pacific Air ride, first time to meet Cebu-based friends and relatives and first time in Cebu!
Nico, Bong and Mica at NAIA Terminal 3
Bong and I together with his friend Nico met up at NAIA terminal 3. They arrived way earlier that’s why I was seated far away from them T_T. Thank God we reached Mactan Airport on time. I was happy to see an anonymous driver waiting for me. A relative of mine which I haven’t met asked his driver to bring me to a friend’s house. I ate my brunch before sleeping for a few hours.

I can still recall my high school days. I was once addicted to creating fan sites for my favorite local celebrities which includes Cogie Domingo, Tanya Garcia among others. As a newbie webmistress, I registered a number of accounts at Geocities. Because of this, I managed to avail a number of unlimited hosting accounts at Dreamhost.

Search Engine Optimizations and blogs are not yet popular way back. I had to submit the URLs of my fansites manually for my site to be visible at the search results.
One of the search engines which offers site directories which is created and maintained by a Filipino is Alleba. I remember inserting a code at the homepage of my fansites to be approved by the moderator. I was jumping for joy when one day, I found my links at the site directory.Â
Now fast forward to 2008: I attended the iBlog4 and one blogger told me that Andrew dela Serna, the guy behind Alleba.com is in the place. I finally saw the guy behind the search engine. I met the Davao bloggers like Ria, Blogie and Winston, but I wasn’t introduced to Mr. Alleba 
Having a Chocolate-y April Fools’ Day @ Krispy Kreme
This afternoon, Jehz, Maki and I had an impromtu plurkfiesta at Krispy Kreme GH. Jehz texted me at 5pm saying that he is at Gilmore and is thinking of passing by wherever I am to hand me the item I wanted to borrow. I rushed to my favorite Krispy Kreme branch and texted Maki if she can drop by after work. Gladly, she did.
I haven’t seen the two for more than a month already and guess what? Both of them have different hairstyles now. I am also thinking of having my hair treated once I receive my BB cheque
