Why I Love Jade Lopez – The Real Survivor!

STARSTRUCK BATCH 1: They dreamed, believed and survived!
HERE’S ANOTHER INTERESTING TRIVIA ABOUT ME: I am a big Starstruck Season 1 Fan.
Yes I really am! I was one of those high school students who got hooked and thrilled with the very first reality-based artista search in the Philippines. I was one of those internet addicts who would regularly post in forums and Yahoo Groups just to keep in touch with co-fanatics. You can ask me some information about them and there is a big chance that I’d give you the right answer.
I am not really sure if you are a regular viewer of the show, but some of its popular graduates of the first batch include Jennylyn Mercado, Mark Herras, Yasmien Kurdi, Rainier Castillo, Katrina Halili, Tyron Perez and Cristine Reyes.
Although the 14 Starstruck finalists were all talented and good-looking, there’s this one girl whom I really liked among the rest. Her name is Jade Lopez.
On Revisiting Puerto Princesa Through Microtel and Hopia/Noodle Party on a Plane
Wondering where I was last weekend? I, together with travel bloggers Anton, Melo, Eric, Ferdz, Dong and Winston went to Microtel Puerto Princesa for a fun-filled break. I was in the ‘City Within The Forest’ months ago and that was the most relaxing trip I had. Revisiting Puerto Princesa still gives me that excitement to explore and take pictures. I am the only female blogger in the group. I’m glad that Norsan and Jewel of Microtel were with us

Though it was my second time to go there, the trip was pretty memorable because of the following firsts: 1) My first Microtel Puerto Princesa accommodation 2.) My first AirPhilExpress flight 3.) My first time to see Nagtabon Cove 4.) My first time to bond with Anton, Ferdz and Dong 5.) My first diverted flight experience (and accidental Hopia/Noodle Party).
Spending the First Weekend of July in Dagupan City
After spending two days and one night in Baguio City, I went straight to Dagupan City via Victory Liner for a short visit at our new house there. To those who don’t really have an idea where I lived from 1994 to 2008, I actually lived inside the school campus. Yes, it is in the same campus where I studied for elementary, high school and college.
Early this year, my grandparents moved to another house near the school campus. Though my grandfather already retired from his job as a Medical Director in Pangasinan Medical Center, he is still an active Dean at the College of Medicine of Lyceum Northwestern-University. My lola is having a hard time climbing up the stairs (we used to stay at the 3rd floor of the Administration Bldg), they’ve decided to stay at the other house.
This house is big! I arrived late Thursday night and I was surprised upon seeing a big dog, who acts as the guard in the new home compound. The dog’s name is German and I am scared of dogs. I end up holding my father’s hands like a little girl whenever I go in and out of the compound
Reminiscing Our First Trip to Puerto Princesa
Four months ago, Ada, Jenny and I went to Puerto Princesa, Palawan for a 4D/3N vacation. We booked the flight as early as November 2009 because we wanted to take advantage of the promo. Maire booked too, but her work schedule didn’t permit her to go

Golden Island Senyorita Life in a Duyan
So the three of us went there without concrete plans at all. I can say that among my trips, this is the first time ever wherein we only booked for a hotel room hours before our flight, we didn’t have any itinerary (all we know is that the Underground River is located there LOL!) and we simply want it to be spontaneous. No plans, no whatevers.
