The PROJECT52WEEKS Dilemma
A few nights ago, I tweeted, plurked and posted a Facebook status about my intention of shutting down Project52Weeks. It is my video blog wherein I originally planned to make at least 52 short films for 2010. All of my friends were enthusiastic about it. They were pitching ideas and most of them participated in my shorties.

Isasara ko ba talaga ang P52W? Gusto mo bang sagutin ko talaga 'yan?
Unfortunately, I lost track. I wanted to make it a once-a-week commitment. Work, travel and lack of time are the main reasons why I wasn’t able to update much. I also blame YouTube for giving me uploading headaches at times. I have some videos taken from my trips and random chorvas with friends. I need to fix them though before I present them and hopefully help in filling out my backlogs (I think I am 12 weeks delayed. FML.)
Anyway, I will NOT close PROJECT52WEEKS. Sayang eh. I’m thinking of filling out my backlogs then restart over again.
Missing Carlo over and over
More than two years ago, I launched the Missing Carlo blog. Those who really knew me way back surely knows that most of my blog entries in my Livejournal and i.ph blog is all about my brother Carlo. He left the country in February 2008 and went to England with Ate Virgie.

From England with Love : Carlo and Mama during our Skype session earlier
He’s with my mom now and to be honest, it took me quite a while to move on. I am used to leaving home with his smiling face while giving his ‘pabilin’ and going back home with him checking my bags and scouting for pasalubongs. He gave me the most sincere hugs and kisses ever and he was my human teddy bear.He is now studying in a special school and I am so happy because in a span of two years, my brother really improved a lot.
I rarely chat with them thru Skype and I am guilty about it. My mom bugs me everytime to have a webcam session with them but I reject her at times because I’d rather do other things (bad me!).
Forever Flawless and Beauty & Butter’s Videoke Night with Bloggers
Two weeks ago, I was invited together with a few bloggers at the Videoke Night hosted by Forever Flawless & Beauty and Butter at Redbox Greenbelt 3. Some of the celebrities spotted during that fateful Thursday night include Lorna Tolentino, DJ Mojo, Hayden Kho Jr. and the newest all-female girl group Pop Girls.

That night was full of fun and laughter. The Pop Girls were really cute and reminded me much of my high school years (I wanted to be a part of a girl group way back… aw!).

We were all quiet when Lorna Tolentino suddenly went inside the room. It is my third time to see LT in person, but I am still shy to approach her ![]()

On Princess Velasco’s ‘You Still Have My Heart’ Music Video
Micamyx is currently watching Myx. I am busy updating some of my blogs when all of a sudden, VJ Nikki introduced Princess Velasco’s ‘You Still Have My Heart’ in Myx’s Pinoy Countdown.

I bought a copy of Princess’ sophomore album last February as a pre-valentine gift for myself. Her first single is her very own acoustic version of Lady Gaga’s ‘Bad Romance’. Her version is obviously a more soothing one, but I didn’t like the music video that much. She has a number of good revivals in the second album and finally, she recorded one original song. The title of the track is ‘You Still Have My Heart’, which was written by Davey Langit of Pinoy Dream Academy Season One. I fell in love instantly when I first heard the song. I even used it in one of my Project 52 Weeks entry
I am so happy to know that finally, Princess released the song as one of her singles and a music video was even made and produced.
