‘Out of my Mind’ by Techy Romantics Music Video

I had a very, very tiring day. I am currently thinking of my backlogs and other writing assignments as I type this entry. Not only that, I am also packing my stuff because I am leaving at 4am to Davao for the DFAT (Davao Food Appreciation Tour). Surely, I will gain extra weight and will have much fun with my Davao-based friends (especially Mr. Alleba LOL), Manila Friends especially the Nyoks woot :D

Too many things to do, right? But I am in a chillin’ mode now. Just saw the official music video of Techy Romantics’ Out of My Mind. The said video premiered a few days ago at Myx and so far, so good, it is receiving a lot of positive feedback! Kudos to the director Nico Puertollano.

Here’s the music video of Techy Romantics’ Out of my Mind. I simply love it. It’s soooo cute! :D

Adobo@Night Film Festival – On Cinemalaya Shorts and Himpapawid

Last night, Maki and I went to Adobo Magazine’s Adobo@Night Film Festival. When I was invited by Tita Janette of Blog4Reviews if I want to attend and watch some Pinoy independent films, I immediately said yes :P

Adobo@Night Film Festival here we come! :D

We arrived at On Cue at around 6pm. There were three films scheduled to be shown that night: Raymond Red’s Himpapawid, Brillante Mendoza’s Kinatay and Jerrod Tarog’s Confessional. We chose the first film as suggested by the staff of Abodo Magazine who were in-charge in the registration.

Six Years of Waiting – High School Yearbook

Last Friday, I met up with some of my Manila-based High School batchmates. It is my first time to see some of them since graduation day. The main agenda of the meet-up? Our HS Yearbook.

Yes, our High School Yearbook! I am not sure if I am authorized to disclose the main reason why it took THAT long before the memorabilia was released, but at least it is now up for grabs, right? The only sad thing there is hindi man lang siya na-bind. Uh oh.

Well, that is not really important IMO. I was looking forward to reading some of the write-ups written by the people behind the yearbook project.

I was surprised upon seeing the alloted page for me. My graduation and casual photo was there. My e-mail address is a combination of my nickname+my celebrity crush. My home address is similar to my school address. My motto is “If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em!” and my ambition was “to be successful in the entertainment industry”. Wow. And it is nice to know that in a way, i am making that dream come true step by step :)

What made me really giggle like a sixteen year old teen again is the write-up written by the person whom i truly admire way back. No need to mention his name and i hope he won’t be able to think of something negative upon reading this if ever. Well… here it is!

FIRE ALERT! Edsa Shangri-la Mall Fire Photos – April 23, 2010

Just arrived home from Ortigas/Shaw. After having my laptop fixed at 10PM, I went to Shangri-la Shaw to get a cab easily. Unfortunately, a lot of passengers were waiting too so I decided to go to Starbucks Shang (the one at the ground floor) and occupied one vacant table. I ordered my favorite drink and started writing about my frustrations about my laptop.

A few minutes after, the guard approached me.

“Mam, labas na po muna tayo. Nasusunog yung kabilang establishment pero ‘wag po tayong mag-panic”.
