A Glimpse of Anvaya Cove Beach and Nature Club in Morong, Bataan
I’ve seen the photographs and read the write-ups about Anvaya Cove Beach and Nature Club in a number of websites and magazines. Little did I know that I’ll be able to stay there overnight with a number of travel blogger friends.
Last Friday, we were invited by GMCI and Ayala Land to visit Anvaya Cove Beach and Nature Club, which is located at Morong, Bataan. There’s a lot of good words to say about the place and surely, nature lovers must include it in their must-visit places soon.
For now, I’ll be giving some keywords and photos describing my overnight stay at Anvaya Cove Beach and Nature Club. Enjoy!
ALCUTRAZ Hair Studio Grand Opening Night with Tanya Garcia
Just a little trivia: I enhanced my web designing skills (through mano-manong HTML coding via notepad) way back in high school. I ended experimenting and getting traffic by making fansites for celebrities such as Geri Halliwell, Victoria Beckham, Ellie Campbell (does the name ring a bell?), Cogie Domingo, Jade Lopez and many, many more.
The first local celebrity who noticed my efforts is Tanya Garcia, who was then playing the role of Cecilia in the teleserye Sana Ay Ikaw Na Nga opposite Dingdong Dantes. At first, her cousin e-mailed me then her mom followed. Later on her elder sister Denise was texting me until I received a call from Tanya herself during my 16th birthday. Our communication never really stopped since then
I know that Ate Tankee wants to have her own hair salon business and we even talked about it last year. I smiled when I received a text from her inviting me to her first salon venture here in Manila. She is now the proud owner of ALCUTRAZ Hair Studio located at Metrowalk, Ortigas.
Alodia and Ashley Gosiengfiao Cosplay at TV5′s Grand Launch
I am not a Cosplay fanatic, but I learned to appreciate this artistic hobby upon meeting Alodia and Ashley Gosiengfiao in person last October 2009 at the Nuffnang Blog Awards. My friends and I were a bit intimidated with the two lovely sisters because we heard a lot of praises (and criticisms) about them. We are lucky enough because we were able to spend a whole day with them just touring around Singapore Lah!
Just last night, I saw them again at the backstage of TV5′s Grand Launch. Nice of them to approach me first and call my name!
It simply means one thing and I bet you guys know that
Though I don’t really blog about cosplays and I never really tried to do anything related to it, I would like to share some of the photos of Alodia and Ashley Gosiengfiao taken during the TV5 Grand Launch. Mocha Girls lead singer Mocha Uson is a bonus too! Hope you guys and girls will like it!
Nuffnang PH’s Rockeoke Night with Tim and Ming!
Thank God It’s Monday! I was invited by my friends from NuffnangPH to meet Tim and Ming, the young founders of Nuffnang, the leading blog advertising network in Asia! Since most of the Nuffies are Rockeoke regulars at Mag:Net High Street on Mondays (paging Kel, Carlos and Judd!), no wonder they decided to make the first night of Tim and Ming in the Philippines extra special by letting them act like a rockstar even just for a night.
I went there at 10PM (Failed to drink Margarita with them at Agave – Boo!) and as expected, everyone is ready with their song. I will simply present a photostory for you to have an idea on what happened that Nuffy Monday
