Last week, a number of bloggers blogged about the new social networking site called Sandbox. It was also featured on a Sunday variety show and the official tv commercial of the said website was also publicly shown.

So what is Sandbox? It is a Philippine-based web portal that has the similar services like friendster but with online store. Months ago, a number of individuals were invited to be among the beta testers and since that they, groups and communities were formed by members with different interests. Isn’t that cool?
It was thru Sandbox were I appreciated the art of mobile blogging. I never really pictured myself updating my blog or upload some of my MMs pics thru my phone.
Anyway, Sandbox is not just a place where you can interact with some of your friends. You can also upload photos and videos, build groups, participate in contests and receive freebies and the latest updates about everything under the sun. It is very much recommended for the business-minded individuals out there because Sandbox offers services like facebook but with online store where you can sell or trade stuff. I am already a member for a couple of months and met a number of interesting people there. Sign up now and add me up as your friend!
Here’s the cute tvc of Sandbox:
Have you tried the service? What can you say?
