A BEAutiful Day with Bea Alonzo
Last month, I attended the launch of Belo Essentials Whitening Toner at Steaktown, Tomas Morato. Media writers and reporters were invited to witness the unveiling of the newest star endorser of Belo Essentials Whitening Toner, which is one of the new products of the Whitening Face Care Line.
I am really happy to know that Belo Essentials chose Bea Alonzo to be their endorser. I’ve been a fan of Bea since she started out in the soap opera “Kay Tagal Kang Hinintay” as Katrina Argos (wow, alalang-alala pa LOL). We’ve seen her grow up as a matured actress. I believe in her convincing power as a product endorser. You can see her sincerity and trust on the product she presents.
Digital Filipino Club Christmas Party 2008
The Digital Filipino Party last Thursday night is the first Christmas gathering I attended this year. The event took place the Yehey Office (38th flr of Discovery Suites, Ortigas). It is my second time in the said office and I am happy that they hosted the party that night.
The party started at around 6pm and I arrived at around 8pm (yepyep, I’m late LOL). Straight from the office, I rushed to ride at the FX and fought for my right to ride at the MRT. Though the ride is not really inspiring (rather perspiring LOL), I walked as fast as I could to the building and I found my co-Digital Filipino members there hurray!
The Nyok Syndrome
Last night, two of the most admired child-like Davaoeno bloggers Jehzeel and Winston shared their own thoughts on the word “Nyok“.
My addiction to the word “Nyok” started months ago. It was the time wherein I first had a constant direct message exchange with Jehzlau in Twitter. The addiction was carried on until everyone else moved to Plurk.
When I am bored, I usually talk to the other Nyokers wherein all we can say is Nyok. For you to be able to understand and enjoy the goodness of Nyok, you have to say Nyok with feelings. How? It’s easy!
One Merry Wednesday
“Is that the final venue for the meeting?” I asked one constant buddy thru text.
“Yes. Just take a cab because we’re on our way” He replied.
Though I was hesitant to go, I managed to go to the place that I am not really familiar with. Wearing high-heeled shoes and a dress with different shades of green, I took a cab and went straight to the meeting. I was holding a plaque of recognition the whole time.
When I arrived in the undisclosed location, I went straight to the women’s room to do the usual washroom routines. I applied some colors on my face as I look a bit pale. I had a busy yet fruitful day and I felt like something good’s gonna happen that night.
As I walk through the second floor of the place, I received a phone call asking me to go to the upper portion of the place. I was surprised when I saw four special men on the escalator all smiling at me.
It’s not the first time that I went out with them. It’s not even our first movie together, but I dunno. I was really happy when I saw them. They mentioned something about a little misunderstanding (we had a number of MU’s LOL) but oh well. The most important thing that time is that the five of us were together witnessing the first screening day of a phenomenal film.
We lined up and got out pass. We then decided to go on the ground floor to eat dinner first.
So where should we eat? In a japanese restaurant? in Mc Donalds? In an expensive restaurant? Where?
Elation Buffet Launch – A Night of Chocolates and Shooters
After eating dinner with the usual Plurkfiesta suspects at Glorietta and eating Maki in Trinoma, Jehz and I went straight to Grand Terrace, Commonwealth for the Elation Buffet Launch. We arrived at around 11pm and we were a bit surprised with what we saw (in a good way, of course!). Benj was kind enough to warn us about the crowd (the party place was dominated by youngsters – alam niyo na yun LOL).
Thank God we saw familiar faces like Hannah, Shari, Coy, Fritz, Robby, Gwen, Tiffy, Helga and Jeff.
I went straight to the Chocolate Fondue then some bloggers invited me on the dance floor
